How to Apply

Responsive Grants: Under $25,000

Alliance Healthcare Foundation considers responsive funding requests of up to $25,000 on a case-by-case basis.  Please contact a member of our Program Staff to discuss Responsive Grant opportunities.

Mission Support Grants: $25,000 to $100,000

This is an invitational program.  Prospective grantees will be asked to submit a short statement describing what they are doing to increase the efficacy of their own operations. Qualified agencies may be required to meet with the AHF Board of Directors who will make the final selection on which organizations to fund.  Selected grantees will be required to report to the community on their efforts via monthly “blogging” reports on the Foundation's website.

Innovation Initiative: Up to $1 million

Innovation Initiative applications will be due on May 25, 2011 and will only be accepted electronically, through our online application system, beginning March 7, 2011.
